Shipping:
Getting your items to you quickly is a top priority for us at Plinker and Tinker. Therefore, we ship ALL orders USPS Priority Mail (2-4 day) delivery time. Envelope = $10 / Padded Envelope = $12 / Box A = $15 / Box B = $20. We do our best to keep up with the rising cost of shipping between us here in Hawaii and the US Mainland. We try to charge at or just below our cost for shipping and do NOT mark up these fees.
For Hawaii order we will still use USPS Priority Mail. This service will provide (1-2 day) faster delivery times.
Shipping is flat rate. We will ship your order based on the item that has the highest shipping cost and there is no added shipping cost to add more items.
Orders are processed and packed the same business day and shipped by next business day. This applies Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email notification as soon as your package label has been created.
If you would like to purchse Route Protection, the added cost will protect against loss, theft or package damage during transit.
Shipping restrictions for the following areas: New Jersey, Illinois, Deleware, Rhode Island, New York City (including 5 Boroughs), Philidelphia and the District of Columbia will require an order review. This will may result in a possible delay and partial or full cancellation of your order.
Sorry, but we do NOT offer International shipping at this time.

Returns:
Returns are allowed however, items must be in new, unused condition. You will be responsible to pay for the shipping to return the item back to us. Upon receiving the item and inspection you will receive a refund minus 5% to cover the transaction fee.
Please contact us to get an RMA # for the item(s) you wish to return.
If you feel that the item(s) received was incorrect or damaged we will gladly look into this in order to help with a return that is satisfactory.
